About the artist
“I have been creating jewelry and sculpture projects for over 20 years. Creating and sharing art with others is my life purpose.”
Trained in sculpture and performance art (MFA from Claremont), I work with gems, crystals, lapidary, nature finds, gold, silver, and copper to create joyful, thoughtful pieces. I currently have pieces available in various price ranges and enjoy doing commissions working with a person’s unique preferences.
Studio
In my new studio (2020), I phase work on several pieces at a time including concept development, gathering/shaping/polishing materials, building the parts, resolving engineering issues to reworks, and final touches. I also find joy hosting workshops where I share my thoughts and processes with others. Lately, I have been thinking of my work as visionary art in rocks and wire.
Working Studio Thursdays
